Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to assist the Community Manager in their interactions with internal and external clients.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assists in the development, implementation and prioritization of goals, objectives and policiesPerforms varied, complex and confidential administrative duties under limited supervision, requiring a thorough knowledge of policies, procedures and precedentsDetermines the priority of and routes correspondenceComposes routine correspondence and independently prepares correspondence not requiring supervisor's personal attentionScreens calls, inquiries, and refers visitors to supervisor, when necessaryResponds to complaints and requests from residentsSupervises, initiates and maintains a variety of files and records of informationPerforms special projects as directed by the supervisor, including ordering supplies, updating insurance policy, supervising building activity and coordinating work orders and requestsProvides minimal supervision of the maintenance staff when the supervisor is off sitePrepares monthly financial packages for distribution to ownersManages calendars and schedules appointments for supervisors including travel plansPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsSkills and
Qualifications:
Administrative experience in multi-family property management preferredAbility to independently plan, organize, schedule, coordinate and make decisions and judgments relating to assigned projects and other responsibilitiesAbility to troubleshoot and find resolutions independently for complaints and questions from residential tenantsAbility to establish working relationships and interact effectively with a wide range of peopleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn new accounting software programs (ie:
Yardi)Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPointExcellent customer service skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
